Our mission is to provide missionaries with quality fitness materials to help them stay healthy and receive the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of daily exercise to give the best of themselves as they serve the Lord and share His restored gospel throughout the world.

 Our Products:

Our products are designed for missionaries of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to be used while they are serving the Lord. We create and sell missionary fitness guides that contain workouts and workout schedules that last 6 months. The guides can then be repeated throughout the duration of the mission. Our fitness guides are carefully created, tested, and produced to ensure quality exercise during missionary service.
Our Founder:

A fitness and wellness specialist and returned missionary, Makenzie C. Bloomfield understands the importance of exercise and movement in the mission field. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and was also a Division 1 athlete participating in the Track and Cross Country teams at the University of Utah. She served her mission in Lima, Peru and did most of her exercises and workouts in her small apartments. Through talking to companions and friends both during and after her mission, she realized there was a great need for a fitness guide that coincided with the sacred responsibility and lifestyle of being a missionary. Many exercise and fitness guides portray a worldly view of what fitness is- looking a certain way. Makenzie knows that exercise and fitness is much more than that. It is about taking care of our bodies, minds, and spirits. It is about feeling good, becoming stronger, and giving our bodies the opportunity to reach their potential and perform as they were made to. Through her experiences and fitness expertise she created a fitness guide with modest illustrations, uplifting and spiritual quotes, and great workouts that can be completed anywhere in the world.
